Sleepless Nights

Its been a few days , straight in a row , i have never been a good sleep...
Reason : No idea , hmm ~
Every night sleep for that few hours and wake up looking here looking , seems like seeking for something , but do i ? I guess no ...
They said i kept many things inside my heart , hmm ~ I guess maybe ? maybe no? No idea too , hehe
Wonder when i can over this problem , hmm ~
Maybe should learn points below :

Sleepy pointers

1. Go to bed and wake up at about the same time every day, including weekends.


2. Establish a relaxing bedtime routine; take a bath, prepare your bed, etc.

3. Take a few moments to process and release residual emotions from your day by journaling or talking with a friend or loved one.

4. Keep a journal or sleep log to make notes about the quality of your sleep. This can help you to gather information on improving your sleep pattern.

5. Make sure your bedroom is dark, quiet, cool, comfortable and feels safe.

6. Keep your bedroom free from distractions like work, television and computers.

7. Enjoy a small serving of complex carbs if you desire as a bedtime snack.

8. Exercise regularly, but finish a few hours before bedtime.

9. Keep your alarm clock away from your head and bed.

10. Avoid nicotine, caffeine (coffee, tea, cola, chocolate) and alcohol before bed.

11. Refrain from checking the time at night – it can cause anxiety about sleeping.

12. Daytime naps are wonderful, but limit them to 20 minutes.

Hi , my friend that i most hate = Exam
I knew that you miss me so much , but do you know that I'm afraid of you?
Anyway as your friend i wont be that bad , I'll try my best not to afraid of you ...
